ACCC - Competitions
Competition and the Exhibition of the entries is an important part of ACCC Roundups in the spring and the fall. These competitions provide club members the chance to compete with members of all the ACCC member clubs. The competition typically results in an exhibition of around 400 prints displayed at the Roundup, and approximately 400 digital images shown at the Roundup in a slide show.

Annual Club Award
A Certificate is awarded once each year to the camera club with the combined Spring and Fall five highest competition scores in each Division. The current winner for Prints is Saguaro Camera Club, and the current winner for Projected Images is also Saguaro Camera Club.
Digital Image Entries
ENTRY FILE DIMENSIONS AND SIZE
The maximum image dimensions are as follows:
Maximum width 1400 pixels.
Maximum height 1050 pixels.
Smaller images are acceptable (1024 x 768). If you submit larger image dimensions, the entry form will resize them.
The images will be judged on a black background and a stroke is allowed to separate the image from the background.
Boarders or frames are allowed with the exception of a Nature image.
ACCC Digital Competition Entry Guidelines for Spring 2013
Digital Categories -- Digital entries are limited to 10 total, with a limit of 2 entries per category.
Digital Categories -- Added a new Category: Monchrome.
The Print, and Digital Chairpersons for the "FALL/SPRING ROUNDUP" are requesting that we use a spreadsheet to itemize each category for each individual club.
Print Entries
- Print Size -- All Prints must be mounted on 16 x 20 mounting boards. Foam Core may not be used for Mounting.
The Fall Roundup print labels can be downloaded.
Please note that there are 3 versions of the current label:
- .docx suitable for current software
- .doc - which is a "compatability version" for 1997 - 2003 software
- "BLANK" version for those people who still want to fill in the blanks with a ballpoint pen
